Flux simple
Prepare kit
Perform the test at 15-30°C and use the card within 1 hour after opening the foil pouch.
Collect 10 μL blood
Use the supplied microsampler to collect fresh canine whole blood.
Mix at 1:40
Insert the sampler into the diluent tube and shake until the blood is fully dissolved.
Load and read
Add 3 drops to the S well and read at 10 minutes; do not read after 15 minutes.
Interprétation
DEA1 Positive
C line and T line appear.
DEA1 Negative
Only C line appears; T line is absent.
Invalid
No C line: retest with a new test card.
